If you wish to make a return, please send your item(s) back to the returns address within 30 days of receiving your order to be entitled to an exchange or refund. All items returned must be unworn and in a perfect condition. Check Return Policy for more details.

We are currently not offering direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we advise you to place a new order and request us to return your existing order.

We offer a free shipping on orders above 100 euro from available countries! If your order is below 100 euro, standard shipping fees will apply.

All orders will be processed within 7 days via FedEx. COYOMI will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of HP. Due to the current circumstances, the delivery may take a little longer arrival than usual. We will do the best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Sale and discounted items reflect discounted prices.

Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location, standard shipping may take up to 7 business days. (A shipment to the UK can take longer than 7 days due to Brexit, we apologize for any caused inconvenience).

Payment Methods
Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of payment on our account, refunds from returns will be charged-back to the bank account which the original order was paid from.

Customs Duty
We deliver from the Netherlands - which means if you place an order outside the EU, they may be subject to custom duty which will be levied when the order reached the delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duty and tax, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

COYOMI rprovides a warranty covering manufacture defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage due to typical wear and tear or failure to follow care instruction are excluded from the warranty.
