Don’t stop using SPF now - 4 reasons why you should continue using sun creams all year round #coyomibylife
Summer is coming to an end and you think it’s time to put your sun creams in drawers for next summer as you assume you don’t need to protect your skins from UV rays anymore - you are so wrong. You will still be exposed to UV rays during autumn and winter and your skin will get affected by hidden UV rays which you can’t really see due to winter cloudy weather. Your skin won’t get burnt as awful as the strong sun during summer does though, the weaker sun is still really bad for your skin in the long term.
First of all, sunscreens slows down aging your skin - a lot. Wrinkles and dark spots can be prevented and you can keep a youthful elastic skin for the future. Using sun creams cannot give you a quick result, but you will definitely appreciate having started to use sun cream at an early age when you get older.
Second, some sunscreens can protect your skin from harmful factors such as pollution, pollens and blue lights. It’s better having some layers on your skin as moisturisers If your skin is sensitive, your skin is more likely to be damaged by pollution and it can possibly lead to causing black spots and wrinkles.
Here are some tips for sun creams - please don’t forget to put sun creams on your neck as a lot of people miss it and the neck is still one of the most important parts of your face. Also, please re-apply sun creams every 5-6 hours - even 50spf sun creams won’t stay on your body for like 8-10 hours. It’s not necessary to re-apply every 2-3 hours unless it’s during the summer, it is highly recommended to re-apply once a day during the cold seasons. If you are not so keen to re-apply, sun protections such as sunscreen sticks and sprays can be easily applied on your skin without getting your hands used.
