Did you sleep well last night? Working from home may allow you to sleep longer compared to a life in 2019. But, sleeping longer hours doesn’t give you a good sleep quality. It is often said that 7-8 hours is a perfect number for good sleep. Is it? The amount of sleep really depends on multiple factors such as age, gender, occupations or even a mattress you use. You sleep for 10 hours but you feel tired when you wake up? Or, you struggle to fall asleep while you are in bed? We cannot simply advise you to sleep longer as a solution for good sleep. Jasmine tea is an English breakfast tea in Asia where they are always served at tables. Jasmine has such a refreshing scent that can help calm down anxiety and stress.
